I love this.

Fucking brilliant; I hate those fucking untalented flesh wastes these people like 'Raywilliamjohnson', and that dumb ginger bitch are. Also very funny, well done.

Incredible... Yet a little too short; I want more!

This game is platforming gold. People here obviously find it challenging, I didn't find it that hard. I died a few times but even so, the difficulty added to the fun. The music was brilliant and also gave me a bit of inspiration on where I want to take my own 8-Bit music. I also loved the graphical style, it was like a 4-colour gameboy title sort of. The ending was also sort of imaginative. My only problem is that it is WAY to short. It's only 12 levels or something, and it didn't take me that long to complete.

Anyway, I can see this being released on the Xbox Live Arcade, in which case I want more levels! But anyway Well done!

Exceptional

A good rhythm game with a steady difficulty curve. This is still with it's problems though:-

- Some notes I've noticed are not entirely in time, and sometimes there are notes placed in innapropriate areas, where there is no sound at all. Just a minor complaint, it was still easy to hit the notes.

- Star power was problematic (a lot like the original Guitar Hero ironically), it could be worse, but the star power button could be the hash key, that would be a lot easier. Any key with a closer proximity to the enter key.

That's it really, good game, keep up the good work!

Hey

Clearly a lot of work went into this, so well done, it sounds pretty right. There were some instruments that really sounded good in the song, and others didn't sound very good. I think you should replace the instruments with other ones that sound better than the ones you are using. This has potential. Good job anyway.

Nice job

Don't usually hear this kind of music on Newgrounds, so it's refreshing to hear. I loved the opening riff, I got a folky-indie vibe from it. The vocals could use some work, they are a bit weak at times. But yeah, nice work, reminded me of the Pixies work

Sawdust responds:

Thanks a lot man. There's definitely more to come :)

Good stuff

I didn't particularly like the start, but I loved the loop that started at 0:34. What orchestral VST do you use?

Anyway, it's good for a battle music loop, because assumeably it would be something you would hear a lot, and the song isn't repetitive. It needs longer though. And it never really kicks off either, maybe you can add another loop and another drum beat.

p4tr1ck77 responds:

Thanks, I'm not one for good drum beats... as you can see for the most part I have simply a high hat going off every measure ;) I definitely need to work on that.
I'm using a VST called Garritan (I think that's how it's spelled) Personal Orchestra.
